TAYLOR BURGESS

I'm Taylor, the photographer behind the camera. You can usually find a picture of me with cows, my pup Sadie, or with my husband Justin. I am from of Linville, VA! I travel mainly in the Harrisonburg, to Moorefield, WV area. Don't worry, if you live outside of these specific areas I can travel to meet your destination!

Many people ask me how I became a photographer, and the easiest answer to give is that it just naturally happened! I bought a camera in hopes of starting my own business, even with no photography background. I trusted myself and purchased my first camera at 16. it amazes me how far I've grown, and still am to this day!

My style of photography is very rustic. I love capturing things that you usually wouldn't admire. Such as a cow's nose to an old barn. As you can see, photos with livestock are my favorite. My dream location to photograph is in the mountains of Colorado. I love to capture the "in-between" moments. The moments that you don't think about capturing, but always turn out to be the favorite in the album. 

 

I have specialized in engagements, weddings, family portraits, maternity, seniors, boudoir, and everything in between! My favorite thing to do in my spare time is to photograph on the farm. Anything can be a photo if you choose to capture it.

Today I reside in Baker, West Virginia. With my husband Justin, our fur babies, and our daughter, Lauranell!

Hopefully what you've gathered from this is that I am a down-to-earth girl, who would sit in a field of cow pies to make sure you get the images that you love!
